Mindspaces next generation platform visioning
To help accelerate and tie together Mindjet's ecosystem of collaborative task management and mind mapping tools Mindjet went through a high level evaluation by of the tools and current state of apps, platfoms and how people use them. The rethinking involved potentially could move all systems one one umbrella formatively titled a ‘mindspace’.
With multiple stakeholders including desktop and mobile product owners, Head of UX Design, and senior UX researchers I worked on present day and future scenarios using current technology and how Mindspaces could solve for critical pain points not just within the MJ ecosystem but the larger digital tool sets in play at the enterprise level. Mindspaces was developed in part with internal product owners and director level staff and engaged with a renown SF based UX design and innovation firm on design strategy and UX/UI ideation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Development of scenarios with Senior UX Researcher
Adapted UX wireframes to support validation narrative
Creation of current day and Mindspace user flows
Participation in team review sessions and incorporate team feedback
Participation and facilitation of pilot validation studies
Worked with UX team, UX director, and Project owners on final scenarios
